Twentysomethin'

[I've been wrote this section about 3 weeks before, but didn't have any good mood to continue]

Seconds becomes hours,
Hours becomes days,
Days becomes months,
Months becomes years,
Years pass years...

Realize that day I made a step forward in my life
I'm twentysomething.
Left many things behind.
Bad or good.
Will try harder, think twice... or maybe more
for what I'm gonna say, do and decisions that I have to make
from now and in the future.

This time, I'm not interested at all to celebrate it.
On the contrary, I want that day was just like another day.
But, what did I get?

In the morning I went to the 1rst mass.
Imagining peacefull, silent morning, and the church wasnt crowded.
But, what did I get?
I was late
The pews almost full, and I chose the wrong place, behind new couples and their children so I couldnt focused but watch their act.
Hello...knock..knock...earth to mars...It's Surabaya!
You cant find peacefull place here.

Anyway
My friends @ the office was celebrate it (surprise, since i totally didn't expect it). I got a book. Chocolate for women soul.
In the other day coolz gave me another book, a quotation book, lots of inspiring words.
This morning I've got cute the dog doll from Yendy..hehe..so sweet.
Thx guys...luv u all >:D<
I've got more than I want.
So bless to have them.

You Raise Me Up

You Raise Me Up

Lyrics by Brendan Graham
Music by Rolf Lovland
sung by Josh Groban

When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary
When troubles come and my heart burdened be
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence,
Until you come and sit a while with me.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up... to more than I can be.

Note:
This song is my fave song, since I've learned this song for wedding ceremony @ my church.
Bring lots of meaning, lots of memory, and help to give me a strength.

The Man in the Glass

The Man in the Glass

When u get what u want
in ur struggle for gain
And the world makes u king for the day
Just go to the mirror and look @ urself,
And see what that man has to say.

It isn't ur father, or mother, or couple,
Whose judgement upon u must pass.
For the one whose verdict counts most in ur life
Is the one staring back in the glass.

U may be one who got a good break
And think u're a wonderful guy.
But the man in the glass
says u're only a fake
If u can't look him straight in the eye.

U may fool the whole world
down the pathways of years,
And get pats on the back as u pass.
But ur final reward will be
heartaches and tears
If u have cheated the man in the glass.
